Q: “What type of classes do you offer? (Group or private?) ”
Both! Most members opt for group classes, but feel free to ask any of our instructors for more info on private sessions.
Q: “How many people are in a group class?”
At peak times, there's between 15-30. Some times have more, some less. But we make sure to have enough instructors to match the class size. That way you always get the attention you need.
Q: “Are there other beginners like me?”
Yes! Our classes cater to people of all experience levels, and in every class there are people all over the spectrum.
Q: “Do you offer any kind of help / guidance with nutrition and eating?”
We've researched deeply into nutrition to give all of our members powerful guidance - without making them start impossible-to-stick-to diets or anything of the sort.
Q: “Is this anything like “cardio kickboxing”?”
No! This is a completely different experience that's very alive, interactive, and full of professional boxing equipment.
Q: “What's the difference between these classes and doing cardio on my own?”
Our classes combine cardio with resistance & interval training to give you an ever-changing, always-new workout. Cardio by itself is actually pretty ineffective for weight loss. Your body eventually adapts to it, and results plateau. That's why we involve a variety of exercises and conditioning - so your body continues to see results every time you come.
